Welcome to the ET4Care translation area.<\/h2>\n

This system supports you in translating medical content consistently and with high quality.<\/p>\n

You always work within an existing language track, so you can focus fully on the translation.<\/p>\n

Login & Language<\/b><\/h2>\n

After opening the login page, sign in using your access credentials.<\/p>\n

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly via the corresponding link.<\/p>\n

You can change the interface language at any time\u2014either during login or later via the WordPress top bar.<\/p>\n

Getting Oriented in the Backend<\/b><\/h2>\n

In the left-hand menu you will find the item \u201cTranslations\u201d<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n

This is your central workspace.<\/p>\n

After opening it, you will see a list of documents (assets), such as training modules or lessons.<\/p>\n

Working with Assets & Language Tracks<\/b><\/h2>\n

An asset can contain multiple language tracks (e.g., German, French, Ukrainian).<\/p>\n

    Open an asset<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Select your language<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Click \u201cEdit\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You will then be taken to the editor for that specific language track.<\/p>\n

    Translating in the Editor<\/b><\/h2>\n

    The editor is organized by rows:<\/p>\n

      The original text (manuscript) is on the left<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      You enter your translation on the right<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Each row has a status:<\/p>\n

        OK<\/b><\/span> \u2192 content is correct<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Review<\/b><\/span> \u2192 still needs clarification<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Default<\/b><\/span> \u2192 not yet evaluated<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Color coding helps you keep an overview.<\/p>\n

        Especially for long texts, the navigation tools help you:<\/p>\n

          The Glossary \u2014 Your Most Important Tool<\/b><\/h2>\n

          The glossary ensures that technical terms are used consistently.<\/p>\n

            It defines which spelling\/wording is correct<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Common mistakes are detected automatically<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            When applied to a track, all incorrect variants are replaced<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            This saves time and significantly improves translation quality.<\/p>\n
