Instructions for Team Leaders<\/b><\/h2>\n

(Short version \u2013 current)<\/i><\/i><\/p>\n

Role of the Team Leader<\/b><\/h3>\n

Team Leaders support their assigned team (location \/ group) within a centrally prepared course.<\/p>\n

They do not have access to the course content but are responsible for:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    supporting participants in their team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    assisting with registration and course enrollment<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    viewing participation, progress, assessments, and exams of their own group<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    facilitating participant enrollment (by providing information)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Courses are prepared centrally by the Project Manager.<\/p>\n

    Participants enroll in the course independently.<\/p>\n

    One of the most important tasks of the Team Leader is to invite the designated participants to enroll and provide them with all necessary information.<\/p>\n

    Information Provided by the Team Leader<\/b><\/h3>\n

    The Team Leader provides participants with the following details:<\/p>\n

      Moodle platform: {MOODLE_URL}<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Course: <\/span>{KURSNAME}<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Enrollment key (location-specific): {GRUPPEN_KENNWORT}<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The enrollment key ensures that participants are automatically assigned to the correct team \/ location.<\/p>\n

      Enrollment without a valid key is not possible.<\/p>\n

      Process for Participants<\/b><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • \n

        Access the Moodle platform: {MOODLE_URL}<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        If no account exists yet: create a user account independently<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Log in and select the course {KURSNAME}<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Enter the enrollment key {GRUPPEN_KENNWORT}<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Automatic assignment to the correct team<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \n

        Support in Case of Problems<\/b><\/h3>\n

        The Team Leader supports participants especially in cases of:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • \n

          incorrect or expired enrollment keys<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          typing errors when entering the key<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          issues during account creation<\/p>\n

          (e.g. not receiving the confirmation email)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          uncertainty about whether enrollment was successful<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          If technical problems cannot be resolved, the Team Leader informs the Project Manager.<\/p>\n

            Team Leaders do not enroll participants manually.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
