Guidelines for Team Leaders
(Summary – Current)
Role of the Team Leader
Team leaders supervise their assigned team (location/group) as part of a centrally organized course.
You do not have access to course content, but you are responsible for:
- Supporting the participants on your team
- Assistance with Registration and Enrollment
- View your group’s attendance, progress, assessments, and exams
Registration of Participants
The courses are prepared centrally by the project manager.
Participants register for the course on their own.
One of the team leader’s most important tasks is to invite the intended participants to register and provide them with the necessary information.
Information Shared by the Team Leader
The team leader provides the participants with the following information:
- Moodle platform: {MOODLE_URL}
- Course: {KURSNAME}
- Registration password (location-specific): {GRUPPEN_KENNWORT}
The registration code ensures that participants are automatically assigned to the correct team or location when they register.
Registration is not possible without a valid code.
Schedule for Participants
- Accessing the Moodle platform: {MOODLE_URL}
- If you don’t have an account yet: Create your own user account
- Registration and Course Selection {KURSNAME}
- Entering the registration password {GRUPPEN_KENNWORT}
- Automatic Assignment to the Right Team
Help with problems
The team leader supports participants, in particular, with:
- incorrect or expired registration password
- Typos in the password
- Problems creating an account (e.g., did not receive a confirmation email)
- Uncertainty as to whether the registration was successful
If technical problems arise that cannot be resolved, the team leader notifies the project manager.
Important Notes:
- Team leaders do not manually add participants.
- Roles and course content are managed centrally.
- Registration passwords are confidential and should only be shared with the intended participants.
